幻影2000戰鬥機（英文/法文：Mirage 2000，譯文：幻影2000，中國臺灣稱之為幻象2000，通稱：達索幻影2000），是法國空軍一型單發三角翼多用途戰鬥機，是法國第一種第四代戰鬥機。
幻影2000戰鬥機由法國自主設計，是第四代戰鬥機中唯一采用不帶前翼的三角翼飛機，這是一種獨樹一幟的設計。法國在戰鬥機研製方面獨樹一幟的做法不僅體現在幻影2000飛機上，而且體現在整個幻影系列飛機的形成和發展之中。
幻影2000戰鬥機由法國達索公司（Dassault）在20世紀七十年代研製，截至2013年除法國外還外銷8個國家/地區，總建造數量600余架，基本型是空中優勢戰鬥機2000C型，可遂行全天候、全高度/全方位、遠程攔截任務；80年代發展了2000B雙座教練型和2000N對地攻擊型，90年代研製了空戰能力明顯提高的2000-5型，改型達20余種。
