FEEL the Movement and improve the movement. This program is all about learning how to take full advantage of gravity and ground force to generate on the spot natural arm speed by connecting with the ground to mirror the slope and ride the slide.

The 4-step FEEL system aims to achieve this: a harmonious blend of mind and muscle, by creating a FEEL for any skill using a 4-step system so simple, even a first grader could do it.
The FEEL system:

Recognizes the individual differences from player to player with an emphasis on the "science of one," versus grouping everyone together as if they were all the same.

Focuses on addressing and training the early movements in the delivery, and the actions, whereas data-driven science focuses on the symptoms or reactions.

Takes a holistic systems thinking approach compared to the reductionist, isolated approach of the data-driven science.

Trains from the middle out because we recognize how interconnected the body is whereas the data-driven approach isolates the arm from the rest of the body in hopes of making a change.
