Skip to 18:50 for the last room.

On last room, there are 2 options to break the tank on last room:

Fly 100km away from the structure with a drone ship (or ship with 100km+ range).
This disables the armor rep on structure.

Or, fit a ship with 1000+dps and out-dps the armor rep on the structure. You could dualbox if you don't have DPS, and bring another ship.
