Don't go out if there is high air pollution.
Don't buy a house in high air pollution area.
Always wear the mask, N95 or surgical but it should be airtight.
School should be near to the house.
A patient with respiratory illness should be very vigilant and can use an air purifier at the home and can have plants in the house
Eat an Antioxidant rich diet.
