1/20/2026 Message: “Are You Ready - As For Me and My House” was another powerful message aimed at activating and mobilizing emerging and seasoned leaders.

The message centered around those leaders called to build their specific piece toward the rebuilding of Jerusalem. Zerubbabel , Ezra and Nehemiah exemplified strategic leadership by setting healthy boundaries, separation and stewardship of an assignment birthed through prayer and a passion to see the people of God restored back to God.

Nehemiah was able to translate a mission critical assignment to a people returning from exile. Leaders must have the emotional intelligence on how to communicate the echo of the voice of God from within to fulfill purpose to a people who can attach their hearts to the vision and Nehemiah modeled treating people as stewards and not just workers.

Kingdom Leaders must learn to translate their vision in a way those with a mind to work will become stewards of the mission.

Joshua, told the people, Choose today who you will serve! Peace in your home is a choice - As for me and my family we will serve the Lord!
