Utah is home to some of the United States' most famous national parks, including Bryce Canyon National Park. The park is in southwestern Utah and covers almost 2% of the state's land. Bryce Canyon National Park is known for its otherworldly landscape of hoodoos: tall, skinny spires of limestone rock. The hoodoos were created by erosion and rain over millions of years.

The park also features a dozen amphitheaters, or horseshoe-shaped canyons carved into the Paunsaugunt Plateau. The amphitheaters are home to various slot canyons, windows, and fins. Visitors can enjoy hiking, horseback riding, biking, and ATV tours in the park. Cross-country skiing and sleigh rides are also available in winter.

In May 2021, we visited Bryce Canyon National Park during our Utah road trip. We hiked around the rim of the canyon and deep into the amphitheater. We were amazed by the breathtaking natural beauty of the park, and we even experienced a sudden monsoon storm.

The trails in the park offer stunning vistas of the canyon's colorful cliffs and mesmerizing landscapes. As the sun sets and rises, the changing light and shadows create a magical atmosphere that will leave you in awe.

We highly recommend visiting Bryce Canyon National Park if you are looking for a truly unique and unforgettable experience.
