Show People with Paul Wontorek Interview: Celia Keenan-Bolger of "Peter and the Starcatcher"

Like the title character in "Peter and the Starcatcher," Celia Keenan-Bolger is an ageless wonder. The Tony-nominated actress made her Broadway debut and captivated audiences as middle-schooler Olive Ostrovsky in "The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee." She then transformed into Eponine in the revival of "Les Miz" and is now channeling her inner child as Molly, the swashbuckling heroine in the story of how Peter Pan became the boy that refused to grow up. As "Peter and the Starcatcher" flies onto the Great White Way, Keenan-Bolger dropped by Show People to tell Broadway.com Editor-in-Chief Paul Wontorek about staying forever young on Broadway and growing up a hippie with her kid brother Andrew Keenan-Bolger (currently playing Crutchie in "Newsies"). Keenan-Bolger also dished the dirt on her BFF Gavin Creel and the joy of seeing strangers "shoot up" outside of their shared New York City apartment and things got even ickier when she described sharing a bathroom with Adam Chanler-Berat, Christian Borle and the rest of the Starcatcher ensemble. Even better? Keenan-Bolger admitted to stalking John Ellison Conlee until he finally proposed. Click on below for fun with the perky star.
