Making a gourmet sandwich, outdoors in extreme winds and hiking in forests and bogs.


I love making food outdoors and decided to hike to a beautiful location in Rahkjärve bog in central Estonia. My original plan was to do Tom Kha soup but I decided to make a quality sandwich on the spot instead due to the wind being extremely strong. Hiking in the forest and bog was beautiful and the delicious sandwich made outdoors, next to the lake was great! Even though I got hit with a branch that fell from a tree due to the wind and struggled to make food outside...

Two grain breads
Processed Cheese
Red onion
Cucumber
Cherry tomato
Salami ham
Slice of cheese
Algerian sauce(Onion, tomato, Chilli)
Spices( Garlic, Dried basil, Oregano)
Green salad
