2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp Italian seasoning or herbs de Provence
2 tsp Lawrys seasoning
2 tsp complete seasoning
1 tsp old bay seasoning
1 tsp accent or salt
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 cup diced onions
1/2 cup diced bell peppers
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 garlic bulb
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp beef bouillon
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 cup of red wine
3-6 cups of beef broth (just enough almost cover the roast)
Rosemary
Thyme
Sage
3 large carrots
4 stalks of celery
1 lb potatoes
1/4 cup of scallion

Cornstarch slurry:
2 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 cup water

Southern style green beans recipe:
3 cans of green beans
8 slices of bacon
1 cup diced onion
3 cloves of garlic minced
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp Lawrys seasoning salt
1 tsp complete seasoning
1 tsp crushed red pepper
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 cups of chicken broth

Creamy mashed potatoes:
4lb Potatoes
1 cup heavy cream
4 cloves of garlic
8 tbsp butter
1 1/2 tsp
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
