When you go into nature, remember that you enter into another realm. Ask the beings of nature for their permission to enter their realm and wait for the answer.
A good thought for your life, a shiver, a shower that flows through your body; that is the connection to the Divine, which is inherent in each plant, each animal, and each creature.
When you are in nature, do not pollute, do not scream, do not bring any disorder, but learn to listen. Listen with your eyes.
Listen to the song of the birds; listen to the running of the water; go into your heart and listen.
That will fully connect yourself to the forest and its inhabitants and with the Divine power which it has, the Heilstrom will flow through you.
The sounds of nature will become music to your ears, peace for your soul, and joy for your heart.
