Описание к видео How to SCALE NICHE SITES #3 - Niche Site Project Case Study with Rob Atkinson

Today, Rob and I go deeper into the details of the Task List. We look at the content process specifically.

If you are just joining us, then you should catch up to get the background…    • How to SCALE NICHE SITES #1 - Niche S...

The second session was all about the Task List for building out a niche site. (   • How to SCALE NICHE SITES #2 - Niche S...  )

So, if you look at the Niche Site Process, the task list follows the same path but with more detail. Get the templates here: https://nichesiteproject.com/coaching...

Rob’s homework was to document the process creating content in TWO ways:

-- What he is currently doing
-- What he should be doing

The interesting thing is that Rob knows all of this process. It is all in his head, but he is recalling the information for every new assignment…

And, for every point of contact with each VA or writer he works with.

The lack of having a formal process leads to inconsistent results from the writers – and that fact can be confirmed with Rob.

Plans are of little importance, but planning is essential – Winston Churchill

He could even tell you about it, start to finish, but the process of thinking it out in a long format is almost as important as the output.

The output is something that he will be able to put to good use – A List of Templates. Get them here: https://nichesiteproject.com/coaching...
