Hello everybody! In this video I will be showing you how we make making syrup in Quebec! This is not a business operation, so how it is made can depend on the maker. We do it for pleasure (and syrup!) between friends and family, it's fun :) Granted I didn't have much do to with all of it, as it is my mom's and her boyfriend's place and they had already been doing it for a few years. But I was still really happy to participate in such a Quebec cultural thing, while also documenting it on video.
