This is "The New Army" opportunity/scenario walkthrough. You will need to knockout Ted and get his disguise. After getting his disguise, enter the Kronstadt center. The people there will assist you to the meeting room. Don't go to the meeting room yet, search one of the rooms and get the Robert Knox photograph. Scan the photo to the android and watch the robot eliminate Robert Knox.
