I call it "subconscious emotional vomiting" which is just a longer way to say doodling. This is what I felt on Nov 26th 2015. I find abstract art brings out deeper contemplations and is more revealing than when my work has a more recognizable reference (like animals or objects etc). In this piece specifically, I was musing over the expression of self-identity in art and what makes a great artist...most likely primed by something I read from Kandinsky. I may elaborate my thoughts more extensively in a blog post...if people are interested (let me know in comments below).

P.s. I'm completely aware there's a huge section of sketching that seemly appeared out of nowhere...my battery completely drained and I didn't notice exasperated Will try not be such a rookie next time. :P
