Almost 70% of United States residents own at least 1 home. And all of them pay property tax. Nobody is immune from the taxman when it comes to property. Sure maybe one of your homes is a rental and you have figured that tax into the rent, whatever, it is still getting paid.
The last video we did was on states that have the highest property tax, today we look at the other side and go over the lowest property taxes in the United States. I promise most of you will be surprised.
Some of these states wouldn't be considered the best states in the US, but with taxes this low, they might move up this list a little.
If you are thinking about relocating, this is something you should know.
