Saw this DELHI POLICE ESCORT VEHICLE ,on DND FLYOVER,18TH JUNE, AFTERNOON.. They were escorting some neta type person who was seated in a white kurta pyjama in white fortune which they were escorting.. neither the fortuner driver was wearing seat belts nor the Delhi police escort vehicle driver. I could not capture the fortuner as both the escort vehicle and the fortuner were zipping fast on the DND flyover over 80-90 kmph.. while the limit on the dnd is 70kmph..

But ofcourse noone will challan people like these who stop the general people on the road while signalling then to get out of the way of the vehicle..this kind of V.I.P. culture should be banned totally.. as neither of the cars had any ministry stickers...
