Arriving In Seoul

My journey starts on this day, February 10th 2024. Yes I know, that's like what, almost 8 months ago? Yeah, after such a hectic journey, I needed to rest a bit before I could officially launch these episodes.

But anyway, the start of my journey was the hardest. I told my parents I was going with friends, when in reality I was going solo. To a place where I didn't even know much of the language and had never been before, heck this was my first time actually flying solo, and for pretty much what was going to be my longest time overseas too.

It was incredibly daunting and I remember I was really regretting my decision on the plane. A couple of times I remember saying to myself: "You wanted this, you wanted this", like persuading myself or something, lmao.

But once I finally reached Seoul? Everything changed....

The excitement of being in a new city and travelling for the first time post-covid, took over me. I was no longer scared or lonely or whatever, and even though it was incredibly overwhelming at first once arriving at Incheon International Airport, that quickly disappeared once I got used to the city.

Hope you guys enjoy my initial journey to Seoul and the challenges I had to face along the way, and I hope I captured how overwhelmed I actually felt in this video haha... and as always please check out my other videos and stay tuned for more!
