Driving in Portugal: Autoestrada A1, A20, A29 (IC23) Beltway of Porto

In this video you can ride along on the beltway of Porto, which includes Autoestradas A1, A20 & A44. I however missed the exit to the A44 and therefore took the more Southern connection A29 to complete the loop.

The network of highways around Porto, especially also considering its size, is quite impressive. Porto is located in a geographically challenging area, where the Douro river feeds into the Atlantic Ocean. It's also quite hilly in this area and connections across the Douro are limited and costly to build.
