🟢材料:
龍躉片 300 克
粉絲75克
蒜頭 1 個
鹽 1/4 茶匙
糖 1/4 茶匙
油 適量
蒸魚豉油 適量

🟢做法:
1️⃣ 蒜頭切碎,一半炸至金黃,與另一半生蒜混合,加入1/4 茶匙鹽和1/4 茶匙糖,拌勻備用。
2️⃣ 粉絲洗淨浸軟,瀝乾水分,放在蒸碗底部,平鋪整齊。
3️⃣ 魚片洗淨吸乾水,放在粉絲上面,再放上金銀蒜。
4️⃣ 大火蒸5分鐘,然後灒入滾油和適量蒸魚豉油即可食用。

📌備註:蒸的時間請因應魚片厚度和大小自行微調。

🟢Ingredients:
Giant grouper fish fillet - 300 g
Vermicelli - 75 g
Garlic - 1 bulb
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Sugar - 1/4 teaspoon
Oil - as needed
Seafood soy sauce - as needed

🟢Cooking Directions:
1️⃣ Mince the garlic clove. Fry half of the minced garlic until golden brown, and mix with the other half of raw minced garlic. Add 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp sugar, mix well and set aside.
2️⃣ Wash the vermicelli noodles and soak them until softened. Drain the water and spread the noodles evenly on the bottom of a steaming dish.
3️⃣ Wash the giant grouper fish fillet and pat dry. Place it on top of the vermicelli noodles and then add the garlic on top of the fish.
4️⃣ Steam on high heat for 5 minutes, then sprinkle with hot oil and seafood soy sauce before serving.

📌Note: Please adjust the steaming time according to the thickness and size of the fish fillet.
