In this episode, our guest is Carey Hauri, a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is now working towards becoming an Associate Certified Coach with the ICF. From sharing people's stories through her work as a journalist to now supporting people to change their stories, her life and work experience is rich and varied. She has enjoyed working in a variety of professional roles including as an office administrator, English teacher, PR/Communications officer, journalist, media liaison officer, business mentor, event/training coordinator and vocational trainer. She’s passionate about sharing her skills, knowledge, and experience, and have enjoyed being a guest speaker at a variety of team building, events, and conferences, in Australia and overseas.

We talk about life’s challenges and the traits and defenses that we create to deal with some challenges that we are not equipped to deal with. We also discuss fear and love, and how to rebuild oneself whilst understanding who we really are.
