Ingredients:-

Mutton 1.25 kg
Onions 4 medium size (fried)
ginger and garlic paste 4 tbsp
Curd 200-250 gm
Korma masala powder 6-7 tsp
Coconut powder 4-5 tbsp
Khoya/mawa-5 tbsp
Kewda water 1 tsp
desi ghee 50 gm
cooking oil 150 ml

Whole spices:-
Bay leaves 2-3
Green cardamom 3-4
Cloves 3-4

ingredients of Korma masala powder:-


Coriander powder 2 tbsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 tsp
popy seeds 2 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Black cumin seeds 1/2 tap
fennel seeds 1/2 tap
Black cardamom 3
Black pepper 1/2 tap
Green cardamom 6-7
cloves 4-5
Mace 2 flowers
Nutmeg 1/8 (very small piece)
Cinnemon stick 1small piece
Star anise 2 small piece

Make a fine powder this spices


Some whole spices:-

Bay leaves 2-3
Green cardamom 10-11
Cloves 6-7
