THE AZURE KINGFISHER - DOCUMENTARY

Thanks for tuning in to the last short documentary of the AZURE KINGFISHER.

To capture this footage, I have had to crawl through mud, be eaten by numerous insects including leeches, mosquitos and ticks. I dodged actual snakes swimming across the river towards me and fell several times within the river (somehow managing to save my camera!), all to bring this documentary to you! What you don’t know is despite all the above, I have enjoyed every minute of it, as it has been the most testing and challenging project to date that I have undertaken. At all times I respected this species in its habitat, and I kept appropriate distances for ethical reasons, especially during breeding.
