Adjustment of Status Interview Checklist

The final step of the marriage green card process is an interview, scheduled by USCIS. This is also called an adjustment of status interview. 

In some cases, applicants with straightforward cases won’t have an interview at all, but in most cases, the adjustment of status interview is the last step in the marriage green card process.
