Powders, granules, and other bulk materials, packed in bags, sacks, and other small containers, are loaded into the bag rip and tip station as the loading station for a vacuum conveyor system. The system can serve a wide range of applications, like the loading of products into a processing machine, a mixer, or an IBC container.

This video presents a simple trial setup. Wood pellets are loaded, conveyed and filled into a plastic bag.
