I haven't posted in a while so I decided to post an update of the current status of converting a real King Air 200 frame into a simulator. Work is going well, we have added most of the instrumentation and controls. We also measured the weight of the entire sim, including people, to make sure we are still within the parameters of the motion platform.
I also quickly show you how I build some of the analog gauges for it.
