Strawberry compote
~Ingredients
Strawberries 2 cups chopped
Granulated sugar 6 tbsp
Corn starch 1 tbsp
Water 2 tbsp

~Procedure
Take a bowl and add corn starch and water mix it well make a slurry and keep aside
In another pan add 1 cup chopped strawberries and add granulated sugar 6 tbsp cook on low flame till sugar releases it's water
Add corn starch slurry and cook on low flame till it starts thickening.now add strawberry chunks . turn off the heat.cool down the mixture.yummy strawberry 🍓 compote is ready.you can keep it in refrigerator for 1 week and make delicious dessert of your choice.you can use this compote in ice cream,cakes, dessert and breads and enjoy 😋
