A survivor's complaint from that period also mentions that he snatched her phone. The FIR also says he locked girls in a room and reprimanded a victim for speaking to other students. More recently, he is accused of taking girls on a trip to Rishikesh and teasing them in a car on the return journey. Police have seized luxury vehicles linked to him, including a Volvo with a fake 'UN number plate' and another car with a VIP number plate. The investigation into the allegations is ongoing as police continue their search for him.
