In this ultra running documentary, Craig Mitchley, The Red Trouser Runner attempts to take on one of the worlds most beautiful coastal paths, The Wales Coastal Path.

On this adventure and epic feat, he is on a personal journey of grief as his younger brother died unexpectedly in 2020 and from that moment he used running to help him grieve and this run around Wales is in memory of him.

We follow him, his crew and support runners as he attempted to run around Wales and The Welsh Coastal Path.
