This is a happy knees, no lunges strong legs workout! You will strengthen your entire lower body with this 25 minute workout! If you are working on toning your thighs, glutes, and legs this workout is for you! Oh and if you like dogs, this one has a suprise visitor. :D

NO LUNGES LOWER BODY DUMBBELL WORKOUT STRUCTURE AND EXERCISES
MUSCLES TARGETED: QUADRICEPS, HAMSTRINGS, INNER AND OUTER THIGHS, GLUTE COMPLEX
EQUIPMENT NEEDED
- DUMBBELLS- I used a range from 10lbs to 40lbs / 4.5 - 18kg
- EXERCISE MAT

9 TOTAL EXERCISES
REPEAT EACH EXERCISE TWICW
WORK: 50 SECONDS REST: 30 SECONDS
