Hello and Welcome To Uncle Lou's Kitchen today we'll be showing you how to make a Vegan Kubaneh bread loaf from Yemen

There are 2 types of this bread, one where it is whole loaf and the other which is a load of minis all made in to 1 big one so you tear away the rolls.
Today we do the whole one and it's absolutely delicious.

I was super happy to do this episode with a wonderful Yemenite lady called Yochi, she agreed to let me film her in her home in Elyakim making this bread and also teaches you a bit about their culture and gives a mini tour of her spices.

Recipe:
1kg flour
4 cups water
12 grams yeast
25 grams sugar
20 grams salt
90 grams canola oil

preheat oven and bake
200°c or 400°F for between an hour and a half to two hours.
