From the dark day of the early 90's, I mean the really dark days. Like Donner Party of four dark, comes Underground. Equal parts cyberpunk and superheroes with a storyline taken from the classic comic book Marshal Law where everybody is a superhero with PTSD trying to adapt to a world that doesn't need them. Just throw in cannibalism, organ harvesting, all sorts of drugs and a game mechanic that's just needlessly complex and you've got Underground. It's very much a product of its time.
