National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management(MANAGE)in association with National Bank for Rural Development(NABARD)conducts a free training for those who are interested in Agriprenuership. The training is free followed by follow up for bank loan with subsidy. Agricultural Polytechnic Diploma holders, graduates in agriculture and allied fields like Horticulture,Sericulture, Fisheries, Forestry, Veterinary science, Science etc are eligible to apply for this free training. The age limit is 18 to 60 years. Agriclinics, Veterinary clinics, Soil Testing laboratories etc can also be established. Those who are really interested in enterprenuership can apply for this. Mentoring and Networking will be done by MANAGE. This traing will create gainful self-employment opportunities to unemployed agricultural graduates, agricultural diploma holders, intermediate in agriculture and biological science graduates with PG in agri-related courses.Agri-Clinics are envisaged to provide expert advice and services to farmers on various aspects to enhance productivity of crops/animals and increase the incomes of farmers.
