My name is Logan Manzanares.

I started my first business in 2013… it was a personal training gym.

After my first 3 years in business I had made a total of $135,023 in revenue.

Thats less than $4,000/ month.

But in year 4, I discovered the formula for success.

I found someone who had a successful business & had helped others build successful businesses.

That person was Alex Hormozi. 🙏

My business went from less than $5,000/month to $50,000/month within 30 days.

For the next 2 years I stacked cash.

And in 2019, I began buying real estate. 🏠

I bought a duplex that I lived in one unit & the second unit was a short term rental.

Now had a new problem.

CLEANING!! 🧹

After failing to find consistent, reliable cleaners… I asked my wife a question.

What do you think about starting a cleaning business?

She agreed.

So in October 2020 Bozeman 5 Star Cleaning was born.

And in 2023, Bozeman 5 Star Cleaning grew to $1,133,951 in revenue.

In 2024 it grew to $1,298,272 without me living in Bozeman, Montana.

I was starting a second cleaning business in Mesa, Arizona that we grew to $70,000/month in less than 12 months.

I also started helping other cleaning businesses across North America inmplement this system.
