Here is a service guide Video for Oneup Components dropper posts. In the video is the V2 version of the dropper. The V1 version is the same procedure.

This is a very easy job, and there is no reason why you shouldn't regularly maintain your posts to keep them fresh. In the video, I will go over what I believe is the easiest way to remove the post from a bike. I then service it and install it back onto the bike.
