Can I Beat Halo CE Legendary in Under 90 Minutes?

I originally learned Halo CE Legendary speedrunning many years ago to get the Goat Roped achievement. I got it back then, but barely. So, I decided to really try to learn and get good at speedrunning CE and get a time over twice as fast as needed for Goat Roped: 90 minutes.
