"No country has the right to apply its laws outside its borders. The government of the United States approves laws, imposes sanctions on citizens and businesses of other countries. This is acting outside borders, outside borders, and this constitutes a violation of international law."

STORYILNE

Cuba launched its annual international campaign against the US trade embargo on Thursday with Foreign Minister Felipe Perez Roque releasing a report detailing the damage he says the sanctions have caused the island over more than four decades.

Minister Perez Roque says this report will be the foundation of the Cuban delegation's message to the United Nations on Ocober 28th when the UN General Assembly will hear the case.
