Tip 1: Reconnect:
Reflect on why you initially took your job. What attracted you to it? What about the role made you feel excited?

Tip 2: Assess Where It Hurts: what has you feeling empty/unfulfilled right now?
Really! Where does it hurt? What has you feeling unfulfilled, annoyed or overwhelmed about your job right now? Knowing the specific point points means you will have a better idea of how to find solutions.

Tip 3: Identify a Purposeful Time:
Describe a time when something you worked on felt rewarding and like it had meaning for you -- and others.

Tip 4: Imagine Your Ideal:
Before you quit to find a job that feels more meaningful, brainstorm around what the ideal scenario would be for you at your current job. What would bring you more fulfillment?

Tip 5: Take An Actionable Step:
What ask can you make that would bring the vision from tip #4 to life? Who can help you? Remember, if you don’t ask, the answer is always ‘no.’
