This is the very first Shangri-La, built back in 1971 — the one that started it all. The architecture, the history, the whole vibe of this place… it feels more like a hidden sanctuary than a hotel.

Tbh, we didn’t even leave the hotel during our whole stay 😂 There’s so much to do inside, and the Food was so good! We had dinner at @origingrillsg and @shangpalacesg and both were insanely good — like, why even leave?🤭

Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Singapore — it’s truly something special. ✨
