Choreographed segments that build on one another.

Warm-up

Step(less) Choreography:

Stomp, stomp, knee
Twisted jacks 4

Jump shots to the corners

Slow to quick feet
V-Step 2

Corner knees
Knees to the Front
I-Step 2

4.
Hop knee

2 Burpees


Core
1. Mountain Climbers
2. High plank
3. Pendulum plank
4. High plank

Stretch

Take your time. Take breaks as needed. Modify moves. DO YOUR BEST! I don’t own the rights to the music.
