I had a decent night of sleep last night. I did my shoulders and arms work out. It had been four weeks since the last time I did this work out. I felt so much stronger and had so much more energy getting through this workout. I am looking forward to having my ketogenic re-feed meal later today. My calories for today are right around 3600
