Hamas has repeatedly rejected multiple ceasefire proposals, indicating a disregard for the safety of their own citizens and a willingness to risk further casualties.

In the litany of attacks against its existence over the last decades, and now in the full-scale assault from Hamas since October 7, Israel remains determined in its stance for freedom and protection for all its citizens - Jewish, Arab, and others.
