Kotappakonda Vlog with family | Vijjis World

According to the inscriptions, the temple was in existence even before 1172 A.D. Among several kings who ruled the place Sri Krishna Deva Raya gifted large chunks of lands for the maintenance of the temple.

Kotappakonda also known as Kotappakonda Sri Trikoteswara Swami Temple is a holy hill, situated in Palnadu district, Andhra Pradesh, India. It is located 20 kilometers from Narasaraopet and Chilakaluripet city and 62 kilometers south west of Guntur City.


Every year great festival known as Tirunallu is held on the day of Mahashivaratri. Lakhs of people from both from several nearby villages nearby. These are decorated with colorful papers and special lighting. On the festival night, cultural activities are held.


Kotappakonda town can be reached by bus from Guntur or Narasaraopet or Chilakaluripet.
