With your Chase Sapphire and Ink Preferred cards, you get a free annual DoorDash DashPass.
This normally costs $10 a month and eliminates delivery fees, which is typically $3-5 per order. Even better, you also get a free $10 credit to use on a DashPass non-restaurant order every month! So think like 7/11 or other convenience stores. Based on where you live, you may also find some florists or other non-restaurants near you participating in DoorDash.

If you’re frugal like me, you don’t want to pay delivery tips. So what’s great about this hack is that you can filter your DoorDash down to only those non-restaurant places that offer Pickup. My closest and most convenient DoorDash pickup location is a 7/11. So every month I get $10 of free gatorades, of which 7/11 often has sales where I get 3 gatorades for $6. So instead, I pay only $2 for 6 gatorades a month. Times 2 because my husband also has a Chase Sapphire Preferred. I needed to create a separate DoorDash account for him to enter his Sapphire card. So while I do have to place 2 separate pickup orders for each of us a month, it’s just one quick pop in to 7/11 and I get 12 gatorades for $4 total. Amazing!

Other Chase cards that offer this deal include the Chase Sapphire Reserve, which actually comes with even more monthly DoorDash credits that include restaurants as well. Then there’s like 21 Chase co-branded cards, that all give free annual DoorDash DashPasses. And then the Chase Freedom Flex and Unlimited cards give you 6 months of free DoorDash. No monthly $10 credits with these other cards though.

Activating your DoorDash freebies is super easy. All you have to do is
1. Create a DoorDash account. 2. Under Account, click Payment.
3. Enter your Chase card. After submitting it, click Learn More to Apply your Chase card’s credits for free DashPass!

Ready to place an order?
1. On the Home screen, Click Pickup.
2. Find a 7/11 (or non-food business).
3. Click on it and then click Pickup.
4. Add at least $10 worth of items to your shopping cart.
5. Click Checkout.
6. Switch back to Pickup.
7. Click Promo Codes, Rewards, & Gift Cards.
8. Click to Apply the “Up to $10 off: Chase x DashPass".
9. Verify your order dropped $10 before clicking Place a Pickup Order!
