「山林羽衣曲」系列節目，正是以全世界只有臺灣才有的特有種鳥類為題材，並透過臺灣鳥類教父──吳森雄老師的帶領，讓我們在精彩的生態紀錄裡，以更富含歷史趣味的觀點，認­識這群飛羽精靈。

Taiwan's endemic birdlife makes for the jewels encrusted into the fabric of Taiwan's ecological evolutionary history. Each year, bird watchers from around the globe journey to Taiwan to glimpse these beautiful creatures. They stand shoulder-to-shoulder with Taiwan's many local enthusiasts spellbound by these exotic creatures. The charm of these birds is certainly an interesting question. In this series of 8 programs, we explore with the help of Mr. Wu Senxiong-- 'The Father of Taiwan's Birdlife"—Taiwan's indigenous birds and their fascinating history. There's a fun twist in the tail of this bird story.
