-Transportation: Chau Thanh District has National Road 1, National Expressway, and the Tien River(which is a tributary of the Mekong River).
-Chau Thanh District is 60 km from Ho Chi Minh City.
-Economy: Industry, planting rice, planting fruit trees, breeding cattle, and poultry.
-Currency: Only Vietnam Dong (VND) is allowed to pay.
-Total area: 229.92 km2.
-Total population (1/4/2019 census): 265,112.
-Density: 1,151/ km2.
-The local people are very friendly and cheerful with visitors.
