This is a video guide on how to get the chaos physics simulation working in sequencer in Unreal Engine 5.0.2 . I've spent so much time trying to figure out how to make this work in sequencer. I've finally managed to go from a chaos simulation all the way to a final rendered clip. This is using the chaos cache manager and chaos cache player. Even with this method, there are a few issues I couldn't really solve. Which makes me think that there could be other/better methods of doing this. If you know a better way of doing this, please for god's sake, let us know in the comments.
