And stop war in general! And its still going on as billions are poured into a war that has killed many civilians but after 7 months strategically no victory against a handful of militants. Another war where civilians suffer the worst as in Hiroshima, Afghanistan, Syria, Ukraine, Iraq, Vietnam, Korea and noting none of these wars solved anything or were failures. It seems to be human nature which is pretty sad and ask where the billions come from?
