Russia Moves to Secure Bilateral Relations with Zambia

A Russian envoy is reiterating his government’s commitment toward strengthening bilateral relations with Zambia. The African nation receives the highest number of Russian scholarships in sub-Saharan Africa while Russia is also active in Zambia in nuclear energy, health, agriculture, and information technology.
