India was most closely watched at the COP26 #climatesummit, as it has yet to update its NDCs or Nationally Determined Contributions to countering climate change. It had also not made a formal announcement of a #netzero year.

But in his national statement in Glasgow PM #NarendraModi spelt out five targets for India, which received much applause.
