I installed a hobbywing quicrun fusion SE 1800kv motor. It's perfect. As slow as you like and plenty fast too. :)

You need a New reciever to use the fusion motor because the reciever and esc is Built together in the intruder.

The light controller won't work with the new reciever (for me at least). I plan on using a cheap set of led lights instead.
